Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition requirements

An item must be accompanied by the original receipt, have its original tags attached, and be in its original box or packaging.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original card used for the purchase.

Refund processing time

Once processed, refunds appear on the card within 2 to 4 business days.

Holiday returns

Items purchased from November 17 through December 25 may be returned through January 15 of the following year, or within 30 days of the purchase date, whichever is later.

Final sale — not eligible for return

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: altered or tailored items, including watches that have been sized; all alteration fees; and sale and discounted items. These categories are final. No exceptions.
